The pool typically opens up for use in May for weekends only, but full time on Memorial Day weekend and closes On Labor Day. Minimum age for the pool is 16. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. See full rules posted at pool. The hours are typically:

Monday: Closed for cleaning

Tues - Sat: 10am – 8pm

Sunday: 1pm – 8p

Canyon Gate has an in-house tennis pro, Robert Rao, who runs the courts and gives lessons. The tennis courts are open from dawn until 10pm. We also have a pickle ball court.

Our basketball court gets plenty of use whether its kids playing pick up games or adult leagues. Courts are open from dawn to 10pm

Our Recreation center is where wee host our community events such as Christmas, Halloween, Summer Kickoff, Board meetings, and Breakfast with a Board Member. It also houses our onsite office, gym, and club house which can be rented out for private events. 

Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.

Our community park, located at the Rec Center is great for smaller children. There is also access to the bayou and trails, if you chose to venture out.  

Terry Park is great for older kids and adults. It has a large play fort, rock climbing wall, climbing rock, football/soccer field, baseball field, cricket pitch, jogging track, and individual pavilions for picnics and grilling.

Willow Fork Drainage District has created and connected over 30 miles of new and existing paved trails for hiking and biking, as well as Exploration Park, which is right across the bayou from Canyon Gate. 

This park is designed to relax, listen to the bubbling water feature, and enjoy the beautiful garden.
